SANTA FE – The first major remodeling of the Bull Ring of Santa Fe has been completed – and it was a customer–driven decision.

"We continue to be delighted with our vistors' rave reviews of our menu and special service." owner Harry Georgades notes, "but they also started mentioning the preferred dinning in comfortable booths.
